Hilton Garden Inn Idaho Falls

Nice property we enjoyed the patio and the Breakfasts. Staff was efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location served our purposes to fish east of town. Very close to airport and the shuttle was prefect. Front desk and bar staff were awesome.

Excellent restaurant. Both evening dinner and breakfast were excellent. Polite and friendly service. Beautiful location but I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t discovered it by accident since our room was on the boring parking lot side of the building. Why not a little map for guests showing them the beautiful river walk at their doorstep.

Great location! There was a nice walking path around the river. My husband and I stayed here during our drive from Colorado to Montana. After a long day in the car it was wonderful to have a nice place to stretch our legs. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Our 16 week puppy had a great time running around the back. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. We would stay there again if we ever pass through IF!

Nicely kept, beautiful location!

I love the hotel I liked that they finally was able to help me after bookings com messed up my reservation and never responded to any of my messages. After sleeping in the wrong room that booking.com put me in not the one I reserved the next night after showing them the receipt I had showing it they finally gave me my room. But told me they usually don't help third party reservations, and will no longer help third party booking mistakes. I would love a refund for the amount I lost spending the first night in a lower priced room but since it seems to be impossible to get of hold of bookings.com that'll probably never happen!!!
